Originally from NYC, Melissa discovered yoga nearly 30 years ago while searching for relief from the stress and noise of a fast-paced life. What began as a physical practice slowly became something much deeper—a return to breath, awareness, and presence.
Today, Melissa teaches yoga as more than movement or poses. Her classes are rooted in the belief that breath is the foundation of the practice—the anchor that steadies the mind, quiets the noise, and reconnects us to the present moment.
Through mindful sequencing, intentional breathwork, and grounding awareness practices, Melissa creates a nurturing, judgment-free space where students can move beyond external expectations and come home to themselves.
